Floating Sound Bath
The ultimate experience in deep relaxation. Lay back and feel weightless as the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments wash over you, clearing energetic blockages and calming the nervous system.
You have the choice to float on a floating device or not to float and lay on a yoga bed/matt.

All you need to do is bring yourself. Rhythms for the soul is all about dancing to how you feel. Remember being a kid and dancing whenever or whenever. it felt good too. Class is held in Beveridge once a month on a Saturday night.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style that targets deep connective tissues (ligaments, joints, fascia) by holding passive floor-based poses for extended periods (3-5 minutes or more), promoting flexibility, joint health, and deep relaxation by stimulating energy flow and balancing stillness with movement. Great for all ages and experience.
